On Monday 8 December, we celebrated the Eucharist in our congregational Chapel at Potts Point, during which we commissioned our newly-elected Congregational Leader and Council: Sister Annette Cunliffe, Congregational Leader, and four Councillors: Sisters Libbey Byrne, Laureen Dixon, Teresita Marcelo and Gaye Reynolds. We wish them every blessing as they begin their new ministry of leadership within our Congregation
In January 2008, the Congregational Leader Sister Elizabeth Dodds, rsc presented a petition to the Vatican on behalf of the congregation. The petition spells out our request to transfer our incorporated works in Health and Aged Care, Education and Welfare to a new public juridic person (PJP) to be known as Mary Aikenhead Ministries.
